Sirius Design System

With the increasing number of Glints product lines, as well as the increasing number of designers, uniformity in design is becoming more difficult to obtain. In the absence of clear benchmarks, many designs are not uniform. Also the time required to make a design is also longer, because many components are remade from scratch.

Sirius is a design system created by the Glints design product team as a foundation for building Glints products, so that the look and experience will be uniform among all Glints products, regardless of the designer. This design system also provides components in the form of a Sketch library that can be imported directly when designing, so as to improve design efficiency.

In the first stage, we managed to collect 7 foundations and 15 components which we ranked according to the most usage on the platform.

There are 7 steps that we take to complete this project, from determining the scope to making a sketch library. Finish here means completion for the first stage. there are still many components to be made at a later stage. It is also possible to improve these stages so that it will increase the efficiency of the project itself.
