Background
The main core of the candidate user journey flow is to get a job on this platform. To make that happen, many things can be done by the user. From the platform side, there are also many features to support this, including providing active job recommendations through curation and bookmarks. According to the data, this recommendation is still ineffective because the location of the recommendation menu and bookmarks (that previously inside the Dashboard menu on the navbar) is not intuitive and  accessible, also the quality of the recommendations provided are still less relevant.
Problem Statement
- How to make job recommendations and bookmarked items more accessible to users
- How to display job recommendations in a more effective and accessible way so that users can get more choices for relevant vacancies.
Goals
- Increase number of application
- Increase conversion rate from bookmarked jobs to apply
- Increase conversion rate from job recommendation to apply
- Increase job recommendation relevancy
- Increase percentage of profile completion
Proposed Solutions
- Moving the jobs recommendation and bookmarked jobs from dashboard to the main jobs page as a Tabs. So that they can easily access it while browsing for jobs.
- Adding trigger for profile completion in the jobs recommendation menu to increase the relevancy of job recommendation by completing their user profile.
